SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Skills Required:

? 1-2 years experience with Perl

? 1-2 years experience interfacing with Oracle database

? 1-2 years experience with Sun Solaris UNIX

? Familiarity with object-oriented methodology

? Excellent analytical skills

? Excellent organizational skills

? Familiarity with UML modelling language a plus

Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:

? Work on defects and enhancements to Back Office applications

? Document proposed changes using UML methodology

? Develop test plans

? Code/unit test modifications

? Monitor daily execution of key processes

? Address technical production issues that my arise during the day

Deliverables:

? Requirements for enhancements/proposed solution for defects

? UML documentation with detailed design

? Updated programs

? Test plans
