As a Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for the design and development of the next generation of software tools for our healthcare industry clients. You will apply your experience in IBM WebSphere or other J2EE environments to create new and innovative products for our line of SOA- and ESB-based systems running in WebSphere. Tasks will include: the design, coding and release of new systems using Java, JSP, XML and X.12; development of new SQL stored procedures for SQL Server, Sybase and Oracle RDBMS environments; and the design, development and support of enhancements to our growing list of leading-edge products, many of which are based on patented technology developed here at TriZetto. You will also share your experience and technological expertise by mentoring other members of your team and consulting with the development manager in the assignment and tracking of development tasks. Job Requirements: 10+ years experience in Java development, including 5+ years experience in J2EE/Web Services and at least one year working in and administering an IBM WebSphere environment; Strong proficiency in SQL development in Sybase, Oracle and/or SQL Server; Proven technical skills and good oral, written and interpersonal skills; Experience as a team lead or mentor a must; Experience in the healthcare industry a plus; Degree in Computer Science or related area a plus. Some travel (< 5%) may be required. We are unable to sponsor employment visas at this time.
