Software Implementation/Junior Project Manager

Kforce is seeking a Software Implementation/Junior Project Manager in Westlake Village for a 6 or more month contract. Responsibilities: coordinate resources in various departments (schedule, install, test, and deliver contracted products) within scheduled timelines, provide weekly updates, perform follow-through and exceptional customer service to clients, maintain pivotal records, set-up and maintain client projects, provide service to clients (weekly updates, follow-through, and exceptional customer service), maintain pivotal records (set-up and maintain client projects, work with Operations and support team to complete set-up and resolve any technical issues), provide excellent performance in essential duties and responsibilities in exceeding customer satisfaction and revenue goals as well as adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, attend scheduled training sessions that pertain to products and services the Department provides, mentor and assist Associate Project Managers within the IS Department.

Candidates must have a minimum 2 years of experience interacting with external customers. This position must be customer service oriented and act as a client's advocate. Candidates must also have a minimum 2 years of project management experience to include the ability to manage several projects at the same time with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), excellent analytical skills, and good documentation writing skills are required. Candidates must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize. Good problem solving skills and the ability to work within tight time constraints and adapt to changing priorities are required. The selected candidate must be a team player to work with multiple department members and possess solid understanding of batch and Real-Time data processing as well as PC literate with knowledge of Internet applications, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, Demonstrated ability to perform basic technical trouble-shooting is required.
