Information Technology announces an opening for a Software Project Team Leader position reporting to the Software Engineering Manager. The position is responsible for being a lead member of our .NET development team by providing team leadership in architecture, design and programming for new and ongoing software development of custom business software packages.

Qualifications:Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience). Previous Team Leader or Management experience preferred;Experience leading the development of n-tier enterprise class applications (Remoting/WSE/SOA);Design Patterns and .NET Smart Client architecture experience preferred;Excellent communications and documentation skills ;5+ years overall business application development experience; 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Development Tools (VB/C++/.NET); Minimum 3 years of .NET development using C# or VB.NET. .NET 2.0 experience preferred;Database development with Oracle or SQL Server;Object Oriented Programming/Design experience.
