Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description:
Successful candidate will join a team of professionals working on the development of a web-based application in ASP .Net utilizing a SQL Server backend. The successful candidate will serve as a critical part of the team, functioning as Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, Configuration Management (CM) Agent, and Section 508 analyst for a thirty person group. Candidate will oversee all QA activities, moderate QA exams, perform software testing, assess documentation, and track results for Management. Candidate will support all CM activities for the group, including maintaining Visual SourceSafe databases and supporting software deployments. Candidate will conduct Section 508 evaluations. Will work closely with client Quality Assurance personnel and customer IV&V contractor.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision to perform complex tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Familiarity with QA and CM processes required. Preferred Major(s): BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 5+ years relevant experience required. Section 508 compliance experience desired.
Required experience includes: Demonstrated knowledge of SEI CMM and CMMI principles.

Candidates must have the ability to successfully obtain a National Security Information (NSI) Level 6C (OPM - Background Investigation BI) clearance. Existing DoD secret clearance will satisfy this requirement.
