Software Quality Assurance Analyst II

·   Creates, manages and executes detailed test plans and scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements.

?  Creates test cases to support specific product or project specific enhancements.

?  Interfaces regularly with peers and management regarding test related topics including the coordination of test related initiatives with QA Test Leads, Project Managers, Development Managers and other QA Core team members.

?  Provides QA consultation services to support users of related test processes.

?  Maintains document template libraries and internal project documentation including releases and changes.

?  Works on project teams for both internal and external process improvement projects.

?  Executes progress reporting, defect tracking (including identification, assignment and escalation) and risks assessments based upon results of verification and validation.

?  Develops and works with team on improvement exercises related to daily function.

 

Qualifications:

 

?  3+ years of Quality Assurance/Control experience with a thorough knowledge of software Development Lifecycle principals and Quality Assurance methodology.

?  3+ years of experience working with developers, project and release managers or 4+ years of QA process development experience; Experience should include project risk assessments and the communication of these assessments.
