Software Quality Assurance Analyst III

The Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the continued testing, support and certification of Financial software applications used throughout the Kelly organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: reviewing requirement documents, design specifications, project plans and technical documentation in order to prepare test plans, develop test case scenarios, execute testing, document the results of testing, and prepare test summary reports certifying the application for production use. This individual must follow documented SQA procedures to ensure that all projects submitted for review meet company standards and end user requirements.

Bachelors degree or equivalent. Required skills include technical problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with preparing test plan and test cases are needed to be successful. A background or experience in testing finance (GL, AP, FA), payroll, billing and receivables solutions are required. Also experience with automated testing tools, databases, UNIX, FileAid, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SQL and Citrix is helpful. Ability to plan, estimate and prioritize tasks for multiple complex projects and adjust in a dynamic environment.
