Department Description: Connected Home Solutions (CHS) Voice and Data Solutions (VDS) Software Quality / System Integration and Test

Responsibilities/Expectations: Define and document software quality process improvements
Lead software quality process improvement projects
Drive TL 9000 initiatives / metric definitions
Lead Six Sigma projects in the area of software quality
Interact with technical software development and test personnel

Knowledge Skills: Bachelors degree (Masters degree a plus)
Experience: 5 - 10 years in a software quality / process role
Six Sigma experience (Black Belt certification a plus)
TL 9000 / ISO 9000 experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact well with and influence others
Project Management skills a plus
Software engineering, development, and test skills a plus.^^
