SUMMARY:

 

etfile? has an immediate opening for a software support specialist.  This  position works closely with the user community as a primary contact for all software support as tier 1 assisting with usability issues, operational definitions, change requests, and enhancements to our software application, etfile?.  This position will respond to and resolve client support requests coming into the help desk via web tickets, phone calls, and email and serve as a liaison between clientele and Apres Systems staff.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:



v   Must be proficient with tracking incidents from open to close and completion of all call documentation through resolution of support issues

v  Technical knowledge coupled with strong customer services skills are essential

v  Must be highly capable of developing and maintaining technical and procedural knowledge within an organization

v  Must be able to independently analyze data and develop appropriate solutions

v  Must show initiative, reliability, organization, and capability of taking responsibility

v  Hands on experience with SQL server, scanning, imaging, Microsoft Office, browsing knowledgebase?s for answers to questions

vMust have interest in working in an entrepreneurial environment

v  Must speak articulately and clearly
