We have an opening for Solution Center Specialist in Blue Ash, OH. This position provides application support & data manipulation/ transformation for subscribers using the IBM Continuous Replenishment Service (CRP) to create replenishment orders, including: Application and process assistance resolving problems; Manipulation of retailer and manufacturer data, including EDI data; Project management activities, e.g. developing technical project plans & estimates; Test application enhancements or fixes & review the application enhancement requests to provide technical perspective; Provide professional education to subscribers to a full range of skill levels, from inexperienced to expert level; Create training materials & deliverables; Coordinate customer resources to complete & resolve issues, including subscribers, retailer buyers & EDI specialists, manufacturer EDI specialists, the IBM SDC & AT&T. Major Field of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Major Field of Study: Mathematics, or related field Distribution and supply chain industry skills. Must have experience working with Consumer Products companies. EDI concepts, specifically EDI 852, 855, 850, 875, ASNs and 888 documents. Data communication concepts, specifically AS2, VPN, and value added network. Knowledge of the CRP application, and iSeries - operations and data structures.
