Solutions Analyst- Merchandising & Marketing Business Solutions Group


The Solutions Analyst is responsible for providing much of the analysis for the solutions/initiative. This analysis includes formulating solutions alternatives that will meet defined specifications, solution/initiative interdependencies, and analysis validating that the solution meets the business requirements. The Solutions Analyst is also responsible for developing project proposals and business cases in support of the initiatives. Situational training and the coordination of solution training are also the Solution Analyst's responsibility.


This position is based in Mooresville, NC. Three to six years of structured project methodology experience with increasing involvement and complexity. Proven ability to successfully work with buisness users and other IT departments. Effective listening and communication skills. Ability to successfully deliver solutions to business problems. Effective organizational skills with the ability to multi-task on several projects simultaneously and self manage activities. Effective problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues. Effective presentation skills with the ability to make presentations to diverse types of audiences (senior management, mid level management, vendors, business users and technical staff). Experience conducting vendor system evaluations for making build vs buy decisions. Ability to provide a high level of customer service. Adaptable to change.
