Solutions Manager for the Healthcare Industry

Sky Solutions is currently seeking a Solutions Manager for our Healthcare  Industry Group.

The Solutions Manager will own the complete solutions lifecycle of a new Business Intelligence suite designed to deliver KPI based Performance Management Solutions developed specifically for clinical care and hospital facilities. This individual, together with project managers, architects, system analysts, testers and technical writers will own the practice development and operations of this new venture.

 

He/she will lead and manage,

? hire and retain highly qualified staff

? propose business solutions

? provide technical leadership to the development team

? propose technical solutions

? estimate development efforts

? assign appropriate technical resources

? manage solution and application design

? monitor development progress

? participate in developing marketing strategy

 

This position requires an in-depth understanding of the industry issues, trends and standards, business processes and technical solutions, in clinical care or hospital facilities. This individual must also posses proven customer, expectation and resource management skills.  

 

 

 

Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in a relevant field.6+ years experience managing projects and people. Must have extensive knowledge of clinical care/hospital facilities operations and processes.Proven requirement gathering, business processes and data modeling experience, data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.Must have the ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical audience.




The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a consulting environment, independent or employed, good presentation and communication skills, well-rounded, and versatile professional.
