Source Control Analyst

This position is responsible for planning and providing guidance for the daily operations of the Source Control Team; deadlines for monthly releases for Blue Chip; ensuring all Blue Chip source control documentation contains required information and signatures; directing source control staff in their daily duties; gathering required data for regular SAS70 Audits; responsible for new documentation requirements for all ITG Emergency Package process; utilizing CA?s Endevor & CIG?s Greenhouse products for migrating source to Test and Cycle; and preparing and executing the Release function to move the source to Production. Plan and provide guidance for daily operations of the Source Control team by setting and managing schedules for monthly business releases. Coordinate and give direction on meeting the monthly release moves to production for Blue Chip. Coordinate and implement scheduled and unscheduled source migrations as necessary. Maintain documentation on changes to production libraries ensuring all Blue Chip source control documentation contains the required information and signatures. Ensure all documentation requirements are met for all ITG Emergency Package processes. Provide training and project oversight to the source control staff. Gather the required data for regular SAS70 Audits. Coordinate resolution of production problems. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company related business. Maintain effective communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

1) One year of work experience with a Bachelor Degree OR Two years of work experience with a Technical Certificate or college courses OR Three years of work experience. 2) Effective analytical skills and research techniques. 3) Provide assistance as necessary for scheduled and unscheduled moves to production after business hours, including advance planning for upcoming business releases. 4) Extensive TSO and JCL programming. 5) Excellent verbal skills. 6) Excellent documentation and writing skills (e.g. communications to clients). 7) Effectively able to complete projects in a timely manner. 8) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 9) Understanding and hands on use of CA?s Endevor product.
