Description of Responsibilities: The Digital Engineering Specialist is responsible for supporting TEMA technology initiatives to improve our manufacturing processes.  This person will be directly involved in leading Digital Engineering strategies for new model development.  This includes project management, technology planning, communication status of current issues, and supporting CAD based engineering processes.  Hardware and Server Infrastructure planning and developmento Server specifications and management processeso Server and storage system management and processeso Workstation specification and process managemento SAN system and infrastructure managementIT Liaison to Information Systems o Communication of DE data center and infrastructure requirementso Coordination of Network planning and WANLAN information sharing processeso Technical project communicationUser Support and Serviceo DE Help Desk processeso Professional Services management 

Required:- BS in  IT or Engineering - Project management experience- 5+ Yrs. Detailed knowledge about IT infrastructures and networks- Interest in "hands-on" engineering - U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Desired:- Toyota Production System knowledge- Experience supporting computing requirements of Engineering Depts.- Knowledge about CAD systems and related applications- Automotive/automotive supplier experience
