The successful candidate will utilize their strong communication and analytical skills to assist the SunGard Higher Education ActionLine team in supporting the Banner Student & A/R product and related solutions. This individual will be responsible for working closely with clients by providing support for their Banner Student & A/R functional and technical issues as well as issues related to implementation and operation of the Unified Digital Campus. The analyst must demonstrate a commitment to working through complex problems and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and focus on satisfying the customer. Core Functions: Support SunGard Higher Education Banner Student & A/R clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Document issues within SunGard Higher Educations tracking system and follow issue progress through resolution. Develop effective working relationships with key staff in other Banner Student & A/R departments. Work closely with other SunGard Higher Education ActionLine team members to deliver outstanding support for clients implementing their Unified Digital Campus. Work both independently as needed and as an active, contributing member of a team.





Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience working in the Higher Education market. A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Strong experience working directly with clients and proven communications skills. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work west coast hours (8:00am-5:00pm Pacific time).





Desired Skills:

Any SunGard Higher Education product knowledge experiences, especially Banner Student & A/R, helpful but not required.
