Sr. Applications Analyst, CRM

This position is primarily responsible for developing and implementing high quality technology solutions that address customer relationship management, loyalty programs, and other marketing initiatives following project management methodologies.  Tasks will include gathering business requirements, performing analysis, designing a solution, building/configuration of the solution, and testing/implementation of the solution. 

The candidate PetSmart is looking for should have the following skills:

 

? Required
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to comprehend business needs and document them as requirements
Must be able to document and diagram business processes
Solid Experience in project management and development life cycle
Solid understanding of database technologies such as Oracle, DB2 or Netezza
Solid experience with Informatica or other ETL tool
Solid experience with SQL, PL/SQL
Experience with UNIX scripts and environments
Experience with data modeling and process modeling
Experience with a leading CRM Suite (Siebel, Unica, Epiphany, SAP CRM) is a plus

o  Experience with customer data and data cleansing and matching (Trillium, First Logic)

o  Proven experience in test scenarios, scripts and quality assurance

 

? Preferred but not required

o  Experience with real or near-real time solutions, i.e., loyalty programs

o  Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP

o  Experience interfacing with architecture backbone such as TIBCO

o  Experience with Customer Data Integration and Master Data Management

o  Experience working at a major retailer with stores and an internet presence

o  Experience with application servers such as Weblogic or Websphere

o  Solid understanding of CRM industry trends

o  Understands marketing strategies and how CRM adds value to business

 

Education/Experience
Bachelor?s degree in a related field required
7-10 years working experience in Information Technology

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Integration (CDI), and/or Master Data Management is a plus
