Primary responsibilities include:



Supporting the Care Coordination team


Developing systems enhancements


Working closely with users to determine their needs and resolve problems 



Essential technical skills include .NET, C#, SourceSafe, Visual Studio, Oracle, SQL and web application architecture. In addition, WebServices, Visual Basic 6, COM+ and XML knowledge is highly preferred. Prior experience in a client-server environment is a plus, and healthcare and/or customer support experience is ideal. Excellent communication skills are a must.
