Join our Care Coordination Systems team in Hartford, CT.  We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated professional with skills working in a client server environment. As the Sr. Applications Developer, you would support program operations for more than 4,500 users across the United States.  These innovative programs are designed to give our patients and physicians a more positive healthcare experience. Your ability to lead explanations of design and code review documents is essential. If you have Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) skills and are looking for a chance to work with cutting edge technology, this is the opportunity for you.


 


Primary responsibilities include:



Supporting care coordination operations for more than 4,500 users


Programming with VB6 & C#.NET software


Working with Systems Analysts to analyze the existing systems


Working with QA teams on unit testing 



A Bachelor’s degree is required. The candidate must have solid applications development experience in a client server environment. Knowledge of SDLC is essential.  Strong MQSeries, SQL Server 2000, XML, Web Services (HTML, SOAP, etc.) skills are preferred. A healthcare background is a plus. MS Visio and Project skills are ideal. Proficiency in MS Office Applications is needed.
