Senior architect who can work from business requirements, decompose into a set of business services, and create high level design specs. Someone with experience re-architecting a set of point solutions into a single integrated platform based on an SOA architecture. This person will design and develop solutions.?

Also any experience in design and development of portals, especially within Oracle, would be highly desirable.? Web Service and ESB experience strongly desired.? Proven Java development experience is a plus.?
