Job Description -- The PwC Performance Improvement (PI) - Data Management Group Practice help clients maximize the return on their information technology investments through the alignment of their business processes with their technology activities

The PI - Data Management Group practice is looking for experienced information technology professionals to join our team and help us deliver services to clients within the Corporate Reporting cycle who are using Hyperion related suite of products. A Senior Associate will be responsible for understanding information technology requirements, documenting as is processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Will assist with the design and implementation of new processes and tools. Will also be responsible for data analysis on various platforms, performing coding, documentation and testing. Will also be responsible for supporting Managers in sales efforts, growth of the practice, and staff development.

BS or MBA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting and/or MIS. CPA and Hyperion Certifications also a plus.

Job Requirement Essential

A PI DMG Senior Associate should have 4+ years of experience with a mix of IT and business operations preferred. Must have deep knowledge of Corporate Reporting business processes and controls (e.g., Consolidations, Planning, Budgeting, Management and External Reporting, etc.), and experience working with the Hyperion related suite of products (preference for Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Application Link (HAL), Hyperion HUB, and Upstream Weblink). Combined industry and consulting experience a plus. Proven experience in the evaluation, design and implementation of information systems and supporting technologies a plus.

Functional and technical skills necessary to be successful in this role:
Must have the aptitude to program on various platforms and utilize data manipulation tools. Experience with relational databases or an ERP system is a plus. Work experience should demonstrate the ability to understand business processes and drivers for technology.

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills (written/verbal), organization and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate meetings, manage multiple tasks, have leadership skills, be detailed oriented, responsive and work as part of a team to meet aggressive client deadlines in a fast paced environment. Must be able to quickly to adapt to new tools and technologies, as well as resourceful and open to new and challenging opportunities. Must convey a strong professional image, exhibit interest and positive attitude toward all assigned work.
