As Sr. Business Analyst, you will provide functional leadership for the development, implementation, and support of information systems to support Miller Brewing Company business objectives. Perform or supervise requirements definition, systems analysis, and functional design activities to meet client requirements. Develop high-level project plans as input to overall systems plan, ensuring consistency with the ISD vision and standards. Provide functional support for assigned client area(s) in the daily operation of business units and management of application systems.

Must have experience in operations/manufacuturing and supply chain.

'Provide overall functional leadership and manage client relationships for the design, development, testing, and implementation of medium-to-large scale applications of moderate complexity, which have a significant impact on business processes of one or more client groups and/or external business partners. Alternatively, concurrently lead multiple projects of lower complexity and scope.
'Directly supervise internal and external staff on assigned development efforts. Effectively manage development teams, with typical team size between 5 and 15 internal and external resources.
' Working closely with the project manager, support the development of capital and expense budgets, tracking of actual expenditures, and revision of plan to react to changes in business priorities and conditions.
'Strive to develop and maintain a high level of customer service including application lifecycle management, functional application support, general technology consulting, and support of client business processes.
'Provide leadership in career development opportunities for internal staff including mentoring, defining and implementing performance planning and feedback mechanisms, and identifying and executing appropriate training opportunities.
'Support development of long range information systems plans, with specific focus on applications required to support long range business objectives.
