Job description:

Sr. Business Analyst / Jr. Program Manager

Skills and Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in enterprise applications as a Sr. Business IT Analyst / Jr. Program Manager to understand, define the business needs and scope statement for the project.
Requirements Gathering and Business Modeling & Gap Analysis
Good Knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP), Unified Modeling Language (UML) preferred ;
Experience in conducting project definition and planning sessions, creating Business requirements document
Understand, create & refine business processes
Good experience in from business perspective managing the Data, Analyzing Data, Data flow, Data Mapping; from source to target mapping
Experience as a Junior Program Manager to lead projects and teams
Ability to collect information, look at data and analyze it, and compile it to solve issues
Perform Data gathering and analysis; participates significantly in interpreting analysis and developing action plans accordingly.
Ensure that the applications, workflows, business rules and interfaces support business definitions, data quality and transition to the Target map.
Analyze the implication of changes in data on data structure, interpretation and ability to meet client needs (internal and external requirements.)
Work collaboratively to assess scope & impact of client and organizational business reporting and data needs, and to document and analyze solutions to meet these needs.
Responsible for detailed data and reporting analysis and develop solution alternatives.
Data Warehouse background is a big plus.
Experience in Excel, Word, PPT required and PL/ SQL, Access desired.
Demonstrated strong problem solving skills and possess a strong business and customer focus.
Ability to identify root causes of complex problems and recommend viable business solutions.
Expertise in documenting and managing Use Cases and Functional Specifications and preparing test plans and test cases.
Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to collaborate and develop productive relationships with all organization levels and roles.
Great leadership quality, flexible, adaptable, and resourceful self-starter with proven analytical, strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills, fast learner with the ability to contribute immediately and independently handle multiple tasks.
Willing to look outside the box for solutions Skills.
