Job Description:
Review, analyze, and evaluate business user and system needs. Write detailed requirements, analysis, and implementation documents. Act as a point person for assigned business units, monitor the cycle of user-related development, and communicate progress of development back to customer. Perform cross-departmental tasks that could include, but is not limited to, assisting in the Design phase of a development lifecycle, creating implementation plans, and coordinating system enhancements into a production environment. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Provide a leadership role in various projects. Ensure reports are provided to the designated Steering committee members regarding open, pending and completed customer issues.



Essential Skills:
Minimum 4 years experience in field, or in a related area.

5 - 8 years experience with multiple medium to large projects.

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent work experience.

Organization skills, ability to develop new procedures, and multi-tasking abilities.

Knowledge of Oracle toolsets and PL/SQL coding.

Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mortgage Banking experience.
