Equity Reporting & Analysis is a small group within the Equity Investment Management Technology division of FMRCo Systems.  We are responsible for providing the Equity Fund Mangers and Analysts as well as Senior Management and other systems divisions with specialized, customized reports and analysis with a quick turnaround. We work very closely with the business on these projects and as such have in-depth experience with the business practices and procedures.


 


The qualified candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where the ability to perform diverse tasks is essential to job success. This individual must be adaptable and will be required to make strong contributions both independently and as a team member. Strong organizational skills coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills are important qualities.



 


  Requirements:


?  Bachelors degree


?  Interested in financial reporting and business practices


?  Strong technical skills related to systems analysis, databases or report design/generation


  Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:


?  Excellent oral and written communication skills


?  Analytical and problem solving skills


?  Ability to work well independently and within a team environment


?  Results oriented individual conscientious of their quality of work.


?  Knowledge of MS Access/MS Office Product Suite


?  Strong knowledge of relational databases


?  Technical proficiency in one or more of the following: SQL, MS Access, VBA


?  Individual must be comfortable gathering report requirements from investment professionals
