Our products are targeted to the Automotive Retail industry with a primary focus on marketing. Our clients include AutoNation, Toyota, Tire Kingdom, Polk, CarMax, Sonic and hundreds of individual or smaller dealer groups.

? Red Rocket is continuing to add to its organization and is looking to hire a permanent Sr. Data Analyst to the team. This opportunity is in Jacksonville, FL and no travel is required.

Job Duties

? 5-plus years of experience as a Data Analyst in database marketing analysis, direct marketing analysis and/or marketing research analysis 

? Specific experience developing, describing and presenting business conclusions to management based upon data findings

? High-level proficiency in SQL (PL/SQL), MS SQL Server, Oracle as well as a strong knowledge of relational database technology

? Top-notch analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation, particularly in marketing topics

? A strong understanding of computer systems and analytical tools supporting database marketing / market research such as SAS, SPSS, and Clementine.

? A strong understanding of segmentation and customer driven marketing

? Solid Marketing Analytics background a plus. That is, modeling customer attributes to buying patterns to better determine future propensity to purchase.

? This person will be asked to facilitate statistical modeling.

? Apply analytical methods on customer and prospect data to understand behavior, segment the market, and score and rank individuals based on their likelihood to act in predictable ways (responding, buying this or that item, etc.)

? Strong verbal and written communication skills, and should show great attention to detail

? BA/BS (MA/MS preferred) in statistics, mathematics, market research, marketing or a related field
