Sr. Development Manager
Sr. Development Manager Description: Volt Services Group is currently recruiting for a Sr. Development Manager with senior level experience in Web development (Java, JSP, struts) and Sybase (or other relational db). The individual should have strong application architecture skills, ability to lead a medium/large team independently, be a strategic thinker, professionally mature, very strong project management skills, and a serious commitment to structured development and project management processes. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Requirements:
The candidate must have experience in supporting legal and/or compliance businesses, specifically, regulatory reporting/disclosures, matter management, e-discovery, Vignette or other portal development tools, Saviion or other workflow dev tools, installing/supporting third party solutions, and vendor management skills.
