Sr. EMR Analyst

Job Description:

St. Louis client is looking for a Sr. EMR Analyst for system implementations of the NextGen EMR tool.

 

Top Three Skills:

1. 3+ years experience implementing packaged software solutions. (complete life cycle * analysis to deployment). Experience implementing enterprise solutions a plus.

2. 1+ years experience implementing Clinical Documentation and/or Physician EMR solutions. Experience with NextGen EMR solution is a plus.

3. 2+ years of analysis and design experience including current state process analysis and rapid design sessions. Experience with formal methodologies such as RUP and diagram tools such as Visio required. Process reengineering experience a plus.

 

 

 

Required Skills:

1. 1+ years experience leading small projects or sub-projects. Working knowledge of MS Project required.

2. 2+ years experience building tables and configuring software.

3. 2+ years experience with relational databases such as SQL Server. Working knowledge of SQL required.

4. 2+ years experience with Windows, Citrix and UNIX based systems.

5. 1+ years experience with Crystal Reports.

6. 3+ years of Hospital or Healthcare experience. Experience working with Physicians required.

7. Demonstrated history of managing vendor software releases including coordination of testing and implementation

8. Demonstrated ability to multitask or coordinate multiple sub-projects.

9. Solid history of delivering quality solutions that are solidly tested and meet the customer requirements

10.Demonstrated history of collaborate with customers to define requirements and implement great solutions that meet the customer?s business needs.

11. Demonstrated history of collaborate with customers to define requirements and implement great solutions that meet the customer?s business needs.

Other Skills:

12.Demonstrated history of integration experience including knowledge of HL7, integrating new applications with legacy systems, working with other teams to negotiate suitable integrations and coordination of system and integration testing.

13.Experience training customers on new applications a plus.
