Work hours are from 3pm to 11pm

The successful candidate will assist in providing functional Level 1 support in the following ERP applications: PeopleSoft 8.X - Financials. Ariba Buyer 8.XBlueBird imaging for payables and expenses.

 

The successful candidate will interact with end users through a phone call center and web based application to manage help tickets and communicate with end users through help ticket status updates.

Additional responsibilities may include maintaining training content and end user communications relevant to PeopleSoft and Ariba system changes or enhancements; monitoring, documenting and testing effectiveness of system controls.

Preferred skills include: Four-year degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA and or CPA preferred.Four to six years relevant work experience related to Financial System implementation or system support.PeopleSoft financials version 8.x experience.Ariba Buyer version 8.x experience.BlueBird imaging implementation or support experience; familiarity with Software Development Life-Cycle methodology and basic project management.Experience in report writing for PeopleSoft nVision and Crystal desired. Must possess creative and analytical skills, strong customer service skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; and familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley legislation as it relates to financial systems controls.Typically five (5) years directly related experience in programming, systems consulting, systems analysis or computer modeling on either PC based or mainframe systems. Knowledge of Spreadsheet, Word Processing, and Graphical Presentation packages. Basic knowledge and understanding of PC's, Networking, and Peripheral Devices. Experience in financial analysis and/or project management preferred. Ability to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills.
