Handle/ensure the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts Responsible for assembling technical delivery project plans and team assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs Responsible for tracking key technical delivery project milestones - Architecture, Technical Design, Configuration, and Testing - and adjusting project plans and/or resources Coordinate communication with all areas of information technology that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work being managed Lead the delivery of the technical architecture definitionManage a team of Siebel developers.Follow rigorous Systems Development Lifecycle and project management best practices Comply with internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other compliance related processes

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; Masters Degree is a plus Knowledge of project management methodologiesActively identifies any issues and risks associated with a project and knows when to escalateExperience/Skills:7 years – project manager on complex large-scale technology initiatives (multiple systems/interfaces; multiple sub-teams; and multiple technologies)5 years – functional experience within Customer Relationship Management (CRM)5 years – experience supporting, integrating and developing applications in a full SDLC environment4 years – architecting Siebel solutions and delivering Siebel application development projects (use of  configuration/scripting; workflow; EAI; EIM; and Actuate)3 years – financial services and/or insurance industry experience1 year – knowledge of retirement products (defined benefits; defined contributions; IRAs; and KEOGHs)Core Technology:  Oracle PL/SQL, Siebel eFinance Call Center v7; MQ Series; HTTP/XMLSkills are a plus:  Java/J2EE; Web Services; Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); Enterprise Service Bus (ESB); Informatica PowerCenter; Clarity/NIKU; MS Project; PMP Certification; AIX/UNIX; Siebel Remote; Siebel Analytics
