The Sr. Developer will work within a team setting to create technical solutions within the Global Web Portal environment. Working with the territory IT organizations and the Business Sponsors, he/she translates strategic business goals into operational strategies and work plans. Will work with sponsors and other stakeholders outside the function to achieve cross-functional goals.
The positions require:Expertise with J2EE Technologies EJB (1.1 &2), JSP, Servlets, JDBC, XML/XSL/XSLT and hands on experience using these technologies to implement solutions. Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions using core J2EE Technologies.Superior J2EE Expertise and knowledge of Best Practices. Documentation expertise: Produce detailed functional specifications, design specifications, proposals and statements of work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both business and technical departments.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree is a plus
