Sr. J2EE Software Engineer Position
We are in immediate need of a Sr. J2EE Software Engineer. This is a permanent position with a Global company located in North of Atlanta.
Knowledge and skills:
? Excellent analytical and communication skills
? Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
? Strong leadership ability - ability to take ownership, lead and mentor people, as well as designing, writing and reviewing code
? Knowledge of object- oriented design and languages
? Knowledge of systems design and software engineering
JOB DESCRIPTION
Required qualifications:
? Previous experience in high availability/mission critical software.
? 3 yrs + experience in all stages of enterprise/distributed development from design, code, integration, deployment, administration, and maintenance.
Experience in the following:
? LINUX system programming.
? 3+ yrs in JAVA programming, J2EE, Web Services, JMS, multi-threading
? Object-Oriented design using UML and design patterns.
Preference given for knowledge of the following:
? IBM Websphere MQ administration and programming.
? Oracle Programming/Administration in 10g-RAC environment.
? Web Design using Struts and JSP Servlets.
