We are looking for developers who can use UML object modeling tools and techniques to design a J2EE application that uses Spring and Hibernate as a framework. They should be able to implement that application using an Enterprise Application Server (including configuration). They will need familiarity with implementing core J2EE patterns. They will need to have had hands-on experience with version control, including branching and merging. They will need demonstrated leadership skills such as leading a team of developers, running code reviews, explaining unit testing methodology and explaining best practices with respect to exception handling and logging
