Sr. Knowledge Management Lead, Analyst
JOB DUTIES:
Understand, develop and optimize business process (IT, people and DoD oriented). Enhance and optimize existing IDE to support new features and fix issues. Develop new feature support for web based management interface. Implement enterprise-scale and commercial-grade tools and user interfaces. Oversee training, support and delivery of IDE system to workforce. Senior lead to serve as strategic leader of process, project and institutional knowledge. Mid-level staff to lead tactical effort.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to bring issues and assignments to closure. Past experience working with knowledge management required. LiveLink, a plus. Past experience working with DoD programs a plus. Senior should have 4-8 yrs, with 4 years at a senior level. Mid-level requires 4+ years of experience. Experience should include process development and technical experience with BS/MS in IFSM, Comp Sci, Engineering, business training/degree a plus. U.S. Citizenship required, must have/obtain SECRET security clearance.
