Our client a large insurance company in Columbia, SC is looking for a Sr. Lotus Notes Developer / Web Analyst to join the team for new IT initiatives. The complete job description is:
? Act as a team leader for the new initiatives.
? Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software development methodologies either individually or as part of a project team.
? Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.
? Develop browser-based applications and custom integration solutions.
? Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.
? Develops programming and development standards.
? Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills Required:
? Lotus Notes version 6.5.1 Development Experience
? Java Script Development Experience ? Highly Desired
? Content Management Systems Experience ? Highly Desired
