Sr. Manager

Description:
- Establish senior level relationships with both existing and potential attendees
- Provide accurate and predictable forecasting - weekly/monthly/annually
- Establish and execute on recruitment goals and milestones based on Event objectives and demographics
- Manage delegate experiences during life cycle of Event
- Identify key vendors and sales opportunities based on feedback from audience
- Create tools for sales using Demographics for audience data
- Research, develop, manage and maintain audience database
- Recruit number and quality of delegates to make event successful
- Acquire delegates with recognized industry level buying power
- Acquire delegates in order to attract appropriate vendors
- Bring appropriate delegates & vendors together for sales to generate revenue
- Reach 100% on-site regsitration goal for each event
- Achieve/exceed 100% of personal audience acquisition quota
- Maintain 3x qualified pipeline
- Monthly forecasts are submitted on time and are accurate within +/- 5% of error
- Show examples of integrity, accountability, and respect for others. Work collaboratively with logistics, program management, and marketing as well as other sales associates. Work toward the overall team audience goal, not just your own.
- Submit accurate and timely numbers, forecasts, and business plans to manager
- Grow attendee database, keep updated with the most current client information
- Collaborate with Program Management, Sales, Marketing and Logistics to deliver high quality, senior level audiences consistent with event objectives and audience goals.
- Display professionalism at all times, demonstrate our core values and be a positive contributor to the team
- Utilize a sales method to acquire delegate attendees

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years total business experience ideally within technology, exhibit or trade show sales, sales support.
- IT industry knowledge, database management, telephone sales experience and strong telephone & email communication skills essential.
- Ability to interact with high level decision makers
- Time management/territory management skills
- Ability to Negotiate objections
