SMS Data Products Group, Inc., a 30-year-old network services provider headquartered in McLean, VA, has an opening for a Sr. level Network Security Engineer located at the Pentagon. This position is for a full-time employee. Qualified candidates must either currently possess DoD security clearance, or be able to obtain one. Requirements include:Expertise with Netscreen firewalls and Cisco FWSMs in an enterprise environment.Familiarity with advanced enterprise networking concepts including MPLS and VRF architectures.CCNA or higher Cisco certification (CCSP desirable)CISSP or GIAC Security certifications highly desirable.4 year degree in technical field of study (or equivalent work experience)Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with multiple assignments and deadlines.
