Sr. Oracle BA/Oracle Project Manager

The Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions are as follows:
Oracle Projects & Project Management Module SME / Business Analyst

1) Functional expertise required in Oracle11i Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Contracts.
2) Familiarity with general accounting standard practices, and defense industry requirements.
3) Tasks:
a. Business Analysis: mapping business processes and data to Oracle 11i functionality and tables.
b. Conference Room Pilot activities: create and execute scripts, identify and document gaps / issues, assist with data conversion activities.
c. Write requirements and specifications for setups and testing.
d. Provide Subject Matter Expertise for technical developers who are making modifications according to specifications.
e. Provide all required project documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

Required Knowledge / Experience:
A combination of excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Contracts.
Knowledge of tables and data structures as well as application functionality.
Knowledge of multi-org functionality.
3 years implementing / supporting Oracle Applications.
Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

Desired Knowledge / Experience:
Knowledge of Project Manufacturing is a plus.
2 years supporting Oracle Applications 11i in a production environment.
Government or defense systems support experience is a plus.
Oracle AIM knowledge is a plus.
