Job Responsibilities

 

Support user community in the use of assigned Oracle ERP Financial applications

Find innovative ways to utilize Oracle and other technologies to help the business

Provide first level business system support, managing through to issue resolution

Provide end-user application training as required

Develop detailed functional specifications for software enhancements

Work with user community to implement new product functionality

Write requirements and design documentation as well as test scenarios

Perform application testing in support of all upgrades, patches, and customizations. 

 

Experience Required

 

5-7 years Oracle ERP experience, 10 years of total IT experience

Related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Application development and implementation experience in Oracle ERP software package environment

Proven project management skills

Previous ?Hands on? experience with Oracle applications required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of SQL and PL/SQL

Experience with Oracle reporting tool (Discoverer/SQL)

Solid problem solving skills

Strong understanding of functional business processes

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
