Position Description:

Numobiq is seeking a senior product manager with the passion to create world-class products that are easy to use and have clear business value propositions for wireless operators and advertisers. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in existing online advertising business models and product development, and able to synthesize and apply those requirements in the mobile environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business models and metrics specific to mobile advertising.
- Work with engineering to define detailed product and functional requirements, and execution plans.
- Define user requirements and use cases and communicate to engineering.
- Conduct focus groups to gain feedback and validate product design from a user experience perspective.
- Work with customers such as carriers and MVNOs on product integration and service rollouts.
- Define and communicate product integration requirements with advertisers, ad agencies and MVNEs.
- Identify and analyze new opportunies to enhance Numobiq's mobile advertising offerings on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in online advertising
- Sound understanding of online advertising business models and metrics.
- Experience working in the telecom industry, and understanding of industry dynamics.
- Working experience with carriers MVNOs, and proven ability to influence and win customers.
- Well-versed in mobile client technologies, such as WAP, Java ME, and/or BREW.
- Experience building partnerships with advertisers and ad agencies. MVNE experience desirable.
- Participation in designing user experiences on mobile devices desirable.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-pace, flexible and entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing/Advertising or Computer Science
- Advanced degrees (e.g. MBA or MS in Computer Science) a plus
