Sr Production Turnover Specialist

We are looking for a Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will manage the production operational acceptance of all new/modified hardware, software, and technology in the Service Delivery production environment. You will maintain and update all procedures and policies relating to the turnover process; ensure that current standards and procedures are followed during the implementation of new/modified technologies, prior to turnover for operational support. This includes all SOX and FDA validation requirements. You will also ensure issues are resolved prior to Go-Live and interact with other infrastructure groups to ensure 100% operational compliance.

To be considered, you must have 2 to 3 years of experience in an Infrastructure operational acceptance environment with FDA/SOX experience. You must have strong project management, change management and documentation skills.
