Job Description:
GREENPOINT MORTGAGE, the 5th largest Wholesale Mortgage Lender in the country, is actively recruiting a Sr. Programmer Analyst/CRM Developer. In this role you will play a key role in the continued support/development of GPM's CRM program. You will be responsible for reviewing our current implementation and make recommendations for improving performance and stability and collaborate with key business contacts, business analysts and other IT team members in the analysis and preparation of enhancements to the system, including interfaces. You will also participate in the creation and implementation of documentation for supporting the CRM system and development standards. The CRM technical architecture components include: Oracle 9i and Siebel/Oracle eFinance and Marketing 7.x as the system platform.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Business Systems or other similar quantitative field preferred.
- 5+ years information technology experience with participation on at least one CRM project.
- 3+ years experience with Siebel/Oracle eFinance and Marketing Enterprise application.
- Solid experience using PL/SQL and Oracle 9i.
- Solid experience using the following Seibel components: Siebel Object Manager, Communication Server, Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM), File System Manager, Siebel Tools, Marketing Server, and Workflow Manager.
- Must have solid experience in Siebel Server Management.
- Solid development experience using Java and HTML.
- Specific experience using Microsoft IIS Web Server and Actuate e.Reporting Server .
- Strong aptitude for learning and understanding business process and needs.
- Good team, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills to balance dynamic workloads in a complex environment.
- Knowledge of mortgage industry is a plus.
- Solid experience in UNIX.
