Sr. Programming SME - Development & Design

**Our client in El Dorado Hills, California is looking for several Senior Programming Subject Matter Experts **
This position is for a programmer, developing with a group of developers in the  CRM thin client.
The group is part of the Delivery Organization responsible for the Customer Management.
The assignment of the development team is for different projects as required.
The Developers' assignments are going to be:
*Given a high level functional specification, write detailed program design
*Write and correct the programs according to tasks assigned by the Group Leader
*Check and correct problems in existing systems or processes
*Perform testing of sub-system, encompassing several inter-related components
*Cross Review of code developed by other developers

Job Description:
*** Must have Java and CRM/Clarify Thin Client development experience.***
Main Responsibilities:
*Adept at programming of average complexity, applying advanced programming techniques, implementing design patterns etc.
*Creates detailed design out of functional design for the tasks that he/she leads.

*Designs unit tests
*Assigned work tasks are consistently completed on time with a high level of quality under loose supervision.
*Leads development and testing tasks competently.
*Performs sub-application test. *Performs code review
*Effectively communicates with others in the group and related groups. *Effectively communicates facts to customer. *Solves problems that are not immediately evident efficiently and effectively.
*Explain facts to others within the relevant areas. *Establish good working and personal relationship with the customer. *High service awareness
*Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems

or process. *Troubleshoot and come up with ad hoc type solutions to ensure an uninterrupted

production stream.

Technical Skills:*Programming ability in Java, JSP, HTML.
*Knowledge of J2EE, EJB, Web logic application server.
*Familiarity with UNIX environment. *Knowledge of working environments, CC, Eclipse.
*Familiarity with Java coding standards and methodologies *Familiarity with Ensemble or ABP
*Familiarity with API Link.
