Sr. Project Manager - HR System Consolidation

A Senior Project Manager is needed for a complex project and a high-profile client.  This individual will be managing a consolidation project for an international company.

 

Consolidation Scope:

SHARP is the HR System of Record for Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America and UPPS is the HR System of Record for North America (US/Canada).  SHARP as the HR System of Record project will be the focus in 2006 and from the HR perspective, the client will have only one HR system (SHARP) and interface data back to UPPS to support the NA Benefits and Payroll system.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

? Must follow Client?s Project Management Methodology

? Create and maintain project plan

? Create and maintain monthly status reporting (Client standard)

? Manage project to budget constraints

? Determine resources needed for project

? Document roles and responsibilities for each resource

? Document and secure approval for scope/detailed requirements

? Create and follow a scope management plan

? Create change management plan and maintenance

? Document and secure approval for an Issue Management Plan

? Create and maintain Issues list

? Document and secure approval for the Risk Management Plan

? Create and maintain Risk list

? Meet with systems project team at least weekly

? Meet with project stakeholders at least monthly

? Coordination and alignment with other needed teams

? Proactively communicate any project concerns and issues

? Manage other team resources

? Fill in any gaps to ensure successful delivery on the project.  In other words, the PM is responsible for delivering the project of design documents

? Adhere to Client standard for application development methodology

 

This is a contract position and the terms are negotiable.
