Major NYC Investment Bank seeks a Sr. QA professsional with Equity Trading Systems experience.
Multiple brand new roles under the Electronic Trading Umbrella

Keys to this role:

MUST have experience in a trading environment

Any program trading, Order Management Systems experience

Will be creating test plans and test cases to test a brand new trading application they're building.

Tech skills:
Unix...not Shell Scripting, just checking files

SQL.....simple queries

Bug tracking using test Director

Will have a lot of interaction with top flight developers (C++,Java, Unix environment)

Write test plans and test cases
- Test new Equity Order Management system

- Perform functional, regression and stress testing for new software releases

- Work closely with developers on software releases

- Report and track all bugs for software releases in Test Director

Experience:

- 5+ years software testing experience in the financial industry

- BS in either computer science/business/ finance

- Experience working with stock market exchanges/ECN

- Experience with Program Trading/Order Management

- Experience with OATS, OTS and ACT

Technical Skills:

- UNIX/Linux

- FIX

- SQL
