Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst

Landstar System, Inc., headquartered in Jacksonville, FL is a leading transportation company using advanced technology to deliver information services.  We are hiring a Sr. Software Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

 

?  5-7 years software testing experience on complex systems inclusive of eBusiness, Client Server, Data Warehousing, and Mid-range systems;

?  At least 3 of those years must involve team or project lead experience;

?  Proven knowledge of a standard Software Quality Assurance methodology, components, deliverables, and how these integrate within the SDLC; 

?  Knowledge of Black box, Grey box, and White box testing techniques;

?Working knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g. Rational);

?  Working knowledge and experience in JAVA;

?  Experience in developing and executing test plans and test scripts;

?  Knowledge of AS400 / iSeries preferred;

?  Proficiency with computers to include desktop management, file management and operations, and working in a network environment; 

?  Experience testing IVR/Wireless applications desired;

?  Reads and interprets technical documentation and materials;

?  Demonstrated excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills, training, and record of success;

?  Exceptions to these requirements will be considered based upon exemplary skills, training, and record of success;

?  Proficiency in standard functionality within desktop applications such as MS Office (e.g. WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS) and Outlook;
