The Defined Contribution Quality Assurance team in FESCo Systems is seeking two experienced quality assurance professionals to further enhance its commitment to quality.  These individuals will have significant experience with an industry-standard process improvement methodology.



 Participate in the end-to-end definition and management of SQA across the entire systems development lifecycleDrive and contribute to process improvement initiativesAssure continuouus improvement for software testing management – processes, procedures, templates, metricsManage the KPI definition and reporting process Build and sustain effective working partnerships with key external technology vendors and internal Fidelity technology & business partners to optimize SQA deliveryDevelop strategic and tactical plans to establish and adhere to software quality standardsTranslate business solutions into realistic budgetary requirements; develop supporting ROI and cost benefit analysis; monitor expenditures consistent with budget Develop and manage customer relationships; ensure customer satisfaction; identify and develop business opportunitiesProvide assistance and counsel to Quality Management VPDevelop policies, procedures, and standards; ensure complianceDefine defect prevention process and measurements throughout the software development lifecycle



BS or equivalent and 6 or more years of relevant experience

 

Technical Skills:Proficient in state of the art SQA – practices, processes, infrastructure, tools, metricsProficient in project management and software engineeringProficient in systems development lifecycle and methodologyExperience implementing SQA programsExperience with independent verification & validation (IV&V) processesExperience with software development process improvement methods and practicesExperience with quality assurance vendors and products, direct experience with software tools from Mercury and Rational preferredFamiliar with state of the art systems technology within a complex information technology environmentSix Sigma, CMM, RUP, TDD, FSDM and Scrum experience is a plus
