Job Description:

The Sr. Systems Specialist is primarily responsible for maintaining, supporting and delivering new functionality in Pioneer?s application systems including SAP R/3 APO and others, to support the PBS customer base.  The required area of expertise is in SAP?s Supply Chain Management are mainly focusing on Materials Management Production Planning and APO Demand Planning.  This job includes:

 Project Lead responsibilities to identify and implement new solutionsCustomer support through user Liaison process and other informal interactionsGood communication, organization, time management, analytical and problem solving skills

 

Responsibilities:

 

? Supply Chain Management systems support and maintenance, including SAP R/3 MM, APO Demand Planning

? Project participation and small project leadership

? User Liaison Process Support- Working with key business users to determine new business trends and requirements to continually monitor the need for new business solutions

? Researching industry, software, and other business trends

? PBS IT Process improvement and policy and procedure documentation

 

 

Qualifications:

? Bachelors Degree

? 2 years experience in APD Demand Planning

? 3-6 years Hands on configuration experience in SAP R/3 (MM and/or PP)

? CA class C (regular automotive) driver?s license

? Expert knowledge of software programs and presentation programs, including MS Office Suite and PowerPoint

? Basic knowledge of database programs, including Access

? Must know SAP Material Management or Production Planning

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization
