Sr Software Engineer

Required Skills:  5+ yrs Visual C++, OOD, GUI, threading, MFC, COM

Seeking a seasoned senior software developer with 5+ years of VC++ Windows enterprise application development experience.  This person will work as a senior member of the Software Engineering team responsible for developing and deploying high quality clinical image processing and document management software products.
Requires a strong knowledge of VC++, strong OOD skills, familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts, and a working knowledge of various programming techniques, architectures, tools and networking protocols such as n-tier designs, SOAP, XPCOM, HTTP, COM, ATL, Sockets, and TCP/IP for building enterprise-level systems.  The position requires a working knowledge of relational databases and technologies including SQL Server, ODBC, or equivalents.  Background in interactive computer graphics principles and design patterns is strongly desired.  Experience in developing medical software applications is desired.  Exposure to HL7/DICOM interfaces and HIPAA compliance features is a plus.  Experience in deploying medical applications in a medical enterprise environment is a plus.

Core Requirements:
5+ years of C++ Windows development using Microsoft Visual C++ or equivalent
4+ years of object oriented n-tier architecture design and implementation
Bachelor?s degree in a related area (EE, CS, etc.)
