Summary:

Are you a Hardware Engineer interested in working with a dynamic global team working on the next generation of building blocks that go into some of the coolest products in the world? Can you contribute to a talented and dedicated hardware development team to deliver leading edge switching and CPU products while maintaining the highest levels of integrity?

 

Responsibilities:Develop high performance switching and processing blades used primarily for the telecommunications industry.Design board-level high speed digital circuits (which include XAUI, PCIe, and SAS interfaces), high power switching power supplies, 10Gbps switching subsystems, and Intel and Freescale based processor subsystems.Contribute to all phases of development including specification, design, verification and release to manufacturing.Lead other hardware engineers and technicians and work closely with software and mechanical engineering, NPI, and manufacturing to successfully deliver innovative products that delight our customers.

 

Qualifications/Required Skills:At least 8 years of board-level hardware development experience is required.Recent experience designing high-speed board level digital circuits, processor and networking subsystems, and switching power supplies is required.Experience with Intel, Freescale and Broadcom silicon and schematic capture with Cadence Concept is highly desired.Proven ability to lead a small team of engineers and technicians and work effectively with other groups is required.Requires BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.End to end Circuit Board Design experience.
