This position is for a Senior System Analyst in the Investment Operations Group.  The Analyst will act as the primary interface to the business and technology to facilitate the completion of design for technology projects.The Analyst will support the successful delivery of technology projects throughout the project lifecycle.  Responsibilities include:

Managing technology projects that span a limited/local scope
Working with the business sponsors to understand their operational needs,  define requirements and design solutions; building partnership relationships within or across business units and development groups.
Participating in test planning and test execution; defining and managing the implementation of testing tools to automate the system certification.
Participating in project plan development,  both with in the development group, and across the brokerage technology organization
Working with the offshore development team in transfer of business-level application requirements and knowledge of the application process flow; reviewing their testing objectives and managing their expected results.


Strong analytical skills; ability to identify problems, research issues, and provide options for resolution.
Practiced facilitative leadership skills; able to work across multiple groups.
Must have 4+ years of systems analytical experience, with a focus in financial services applications; Experience in compliance a plus.
Experience in all phases of the technical project life cycle, participating in large complex projects; Working knowledge of  Agile or other formal project lifecycle methodologies a plus 
Excellent written and oral communication skills, both with customers, technical team members, and other technical contributors across the organization
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision 
Strong technical aptitude, experience with automated test tools a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience
